What's your favorite bread machine recipe?
Or, if you’re feeling ambitious, your favorite two or three recipes?
Requirements:
*Has to be a 1.5 lb. recipe
*Only those recipes you’ve personally tried, please.
*No extensive prep work. My favorite recipes are those that just involve throwing everything in the machine and pressing a button. I’ll chop an onion or grate a little cheese to make bread, but that’s about as far as I like to go.
*I really prefer those recipes that bake right in the bread machine (my oven isn’t always the most reliable when it comes to baking things evenly)
I know, it’s a lot of restrictions, but I know you’re all up to it! I’ve got plenty of plain old white bread/wheat bread/sourdough recipes…so something a little different would be very welcome. Be sure to include the settings and which type of yeast (regular or instant) you use. Thank you!

1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon gluten
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/2 cups rye flour
1-1/2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
Place all of the ingredients in the breadmaker in the order listed. Set the machine for the regular cycle and light color. Start the machine. When the cycle is finished, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack. This is wonderful while still slightly warm with sweet unsalted butter, or refrigerate it and slice into thin even slices for sandwiches.
Swirlin’ Spice Banana Nut Bread
Submitted By: snuggles
A bread machine is used to mix and knead the banana-flavored yeast dough, which is rolled out and sprinkled with brown sugar and spices.
Ingredients:
Bread dough:
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons whipping cream
1 large very ripe banana, in 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups + 1 tablespoon bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Swirlin’ Spice Filling:
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
Directions:
Place dough ingredients in the bread pan in the order suggested by bread machine instructions. Set for white bread, dough stage. Press start. When the dough is ready, turn it out onto a lightly floured board and punch down. Let rest a few minutes. Roll the dough into a rectangle 9 inches wide. Spread the softened butter over the dough. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and nuts. Sprinkle mixture evenly over dough. Roll up the dough, jellyroll fashion, starting with a short (9-inch) side, forming a loaf; pinch the edge to seal. Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray. Place the shaped loaf in the pan, seam side down. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size, about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done. Remove bread from pan and cool on cake rack for 1 hour before slicing.
Number of Servings: 12 -16 slices Notes from "snuggles"
This takes a bit longer than some bread machine recipes, BUT it certainly is worth the wait! I truly enjoy making this bread AND eating it!

Unbouyed, reading your question, we don’t have a bread maker here, we do it the traditional way, more work, but great bread. I can only see one answer there from Carabids so far that remotely resembles a non copy and paste recipe, meaning she does it herself.
I do not find the effectiveness to copy and paste, when one can do it themselves.
