Web site for bread recipes, not using a bread machine?
Does anyone have a web site for bread recipes that do not use a bread machine? (I don’t have one nor want one).
Alternatively, is there a way to convert bread recipes to not?

You can use any recipe to make bread "manually."
Proof your yeast in a small amount of warm 110-115F water with a small amount of honey or sugar until frothy.
Add your liquids and mix. Then add any seeds or flavoring you may be using, but not your salt. Mix the salt with the flour. By itself salt kills yeast.
Add your flour, 1 cup at a time, until the dough clears the sides of the bowl.
Sprinkle your surface lightly with flour, turn out your dough, and knead for 8-10 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. You may might have to knead in a small amount of flour to achieve this.
Form the dough into a ball and place in a well oiled bowl, turning the dough to oil all sides.
Cover the bowl with a clean dish towel (not terry cloth) or with oiled plastic wrap and set the bowl in a warm spot. I like to heat 1 cup of water to boiling in the microwave and put the bowl in there.
Allow the dough to rise until double 30 – 60 minutes for AP flour longer for whole wheat or rye.
De-gas the dough gently, form into whatever shape you are using, repeat the rise process. Dough has doubled when you can poke it gently and the dent remains.
Bake at 375-400F for 20-25 minutes. You will smell the aroma and the loaf will sound hollow when thumped.
Happy baking!

Dora the Explorer! That was MY answer. :’(
But you really should go to allrecipes.com, there are even reviews for the recipes.
