I have an unusual affinity for bread. I currently have one of those automatic bread makers. I’m not asking for recipes, per se, because I have several I use and like very much. I guess I am asking should I nix the mixer and try to roll out my own dough and such. How difficult is that? Is the final product that much better than using an automatic bread maker?

My bread machine has a cake setting, but I need recipes? The book only came with one cake recipe but I would like some more. Thanks

I would also love any recipes for the bread machine you may have that would utilize nuts, bananas, cinnamon, unsweetened chocolate and the like but in a no sugar added way. Possibly using splenda or other methods of sweetening. Also, if anyone knew of a good website that offered multiple recipes that I might browse…. that would be awesome! I’ve done a simple web search, but really came up empty handed and the recipe’s included with my machine were pretty basic and limited.

Thanks to you all in advance! God Bless!

I’ve found recipes online for breads with whole beans, pork&beans, etc., but I’m looking for something with refried beans for the bread machine (a yeast bread). Preferably something without a lot of added spices (kind of like a "plain" bread).

Thx.

Looking for a recipe for Banana Bread for a Breadman Breadmaker. Trying to find a low cost recipe to try out the bread machine I bought… came with no recipes.

One part of the braid was lemon poppy seed and the other braid was cherry almond. The book also had a recipe for a tiramisu bread that was made completely in the bread machine. Need both recipes if possible or where I can purchase a copy of the book though a few years old.

looking into making homemade cinnamon rolls with a bread machine. anyone have any recipes? any help/links appreciated.

I am new at using a bread machine and I love it for mixing the ingredients and doing the dough cycle. I don’t like the shape of the bread though. So, what I like to do is after the dough cycle remove the dough and place it in a loaf pan, cover and let rise for about 30-45 minutes. Then, bake it in the oven. I have one recipe that tells me that I can bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes if I don’t want to bake the loaf in the bread machine but most recipes don’t include this information. Is there a general rule about how long to bake a loaf of bread and at what temperature or any other way of figuring it out?

Plain old fashioned white fluffy bread. The recipes I’ve gotten a hold of seem to be too salty or no flavor at all. Thanks in advance
So far, I have baked two batches of the Perfect White bread recipe by Jim and I can’t thank you enough. I’m baking for a four man crew of commercial fishermen and got good reviews..have’nt been able to test it myself though as they took it all. I will continue with trying the other recipes donated. Thank you all for sending them in.
