I have a Misterloaf HB-211 bread machine and I don’t have a recipe book for it. I’m looking for a cinnamon bread/rolls recipe. Does anyonen have any info?

I recently bought a great bread recipe book. Half of the recipes are for bread machines. I have been making bread for several years and know the proper techniques. I tried converting a bread machine recipe by using the same quantities of dry and liquid ingredients, and just using the proper hand made techniques. However, the dough came out too dry and unworkable. Do the proportions of the ingredients need to be altered? It just doesn’t make any sense. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

It mixes the dough ball very well, but the bread is never bakes when the entire cycle is finished. What am i doing wrong, or is it just a defective machine. i used the recipe book that came with the machine and i used one simple recipe i found on the internet for french bread. none of them worked. the bread was always the same, uncooked and pasty white still, like lightly hardened dough on the outside, while the inside was always still soft and very moist and mushy. I am not an experienced breadmaker so i really need help because my husband looooves to have fresh hot bread every day. I just wanna make the guy happy… I don’t know how to ‘adjust’ the recipes or anything like that, please tell me if you’ve had similar experiences and what you did to fix it!

My first bread machine’s recipe book had a recipe for bread which used a package of Lipton Onion soup mix and cottage cheese, among other ingredients. I no longer have this recipe book and am wondering if anyone can give me this recipe?

My bread machine is an older model and I don’t have the recipe book. It is only a 1 pound loaf machine, any good potato bread recipes out there for a 1-pound-loaf machine..?

If you have other 1-pound recipes you’d like to share you may message me. Thanks.

Hey,

I purchased the Emerilware 3lb bread machine.

Problem is that I want to use more recipes than the ones that come with it, but none are 3-pound loaf recipes.

Does anyone know any good websites or recipes for 3-pound loaves?

One recipe I really like is:
1 cup Warm Water
4 teaspoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon dry milk
3 cups Bread Flour
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
for a 2lb loaf, anyone know how I would change that to 3lb?

Thanks!
thanks for the response.

problem with that is that that is a whole lot of yeast.
In the emeril recipe book that came with it, it looks like even 3lb loaves get 2t of yeast.

I’m looking for the plain bread recipe. Also this bread machine will make yogurt, rice, roast. I bought one at an auction and it didn’t come with a recipe book. Thanks friends.

I have the Kenmore Bread Maker from Sears. However, I mislaid my recipe book. Does anyone know the recipe for the pizza dough?

Thanks! Your help is greatly appreciated!

I have a bread machine and the recipe book that came with the machine does not show any cookie recipes. There are plenty of cookie recipes online but can I put these ingredients into the bread machine under dough so that I don’t have to make them by hand? The holidays are coming and I have a zillion cookie cutters that we are dying to use. Will this work? Diana

I have bought a bread maker and in the instructions it says to not use any recipes that are not in the recipe book that comes with it. Can I use other recipes that are intended for the same size bread maker? Also, the recipes in the book it came with call for different flours: 405, 550, and 1050. Have you noticed any difference when using different types? Does it even make a difference? Can a bread machine be used to make anything besides yeast breads and mermalades?
