hey, i’m designing a bread machine right now too! are you a design student?
Actually I am working with a design consultancy in Hong Kong. Projects move fast out here. We are already developing the engineering specs.
Where do you go to design school Bufnita?
What is the brand your bread machine?
she poured in liquid vanilla before the yeast. how is that separated?
she said in the beginning the recipe is different for every machine..
heh, you’d think that’d be common sense.
A smaller machine that fits on the counter without taking all the space…A big window too is nice, and a dispenser for nuts and chocolat chips…
where is the recipe?
That is the breadman ultimate..
i have it..its a wonderful machine.
She poured flour over the wet ingredients to prevent the yeast from touching the water of vanilla extract.
The bread-machine the ultimate time saver. My pizza dough is being made in my bread machine as I watch this video too awesome.
Try looking for the instruction book on ebay or the internet.
Get a convection oven with a proofing fuction, learn how to keep an active starter in your fridge, make hard breads like sour dough with a yeast boost, and you might realize how silly bread machines really are.
bread machines are silly, why didn’t i think about buying an entire new oven!!
If you have an electric oven with the electric element on the bottom, you could use a new oven. If you have gas you’re better off. The pilot light in a gas oven might be good enough for proofing? Make bread, not machines.
What is the recipe?
Well, ok except for the sugar. For some reason Amricans hav been indoctrinated to think that sugar = flavour; it doesn’t.
You’ve already got raisins & there’s plenty of sugar in them. No mor than a tsp of sugar would be needed, regardless of what the recipe says.
Call me negative or just look at th American diet & how much sugar is in it; this is bread – not biscuits
Well, with research you will see that dry yeast will not activate properly without the addition of sugar…yeast is an active living ingredient…it’s not just some american hoax.
I didn’t sugar is bad; my point is that they use too much sugar when just a little is needed. I should made that clearer.
how much electricity does the machine consume in the 3h mixing cycle ?
wow far to much sugar
