I am a beginning bread baker.

I am a beginning bread baker.

We’re having great success making French Bread dough in our bread machine and then baking it in the oven. I want to do the same with a Rye Bread (dough in machine and bake in oven) but I can’t find a recipe. Any help would be appreciated.

I am relatively new to baking, but I got a really good bread recipe the other day, and it calls for bread machine yeast or something like that. I don’t have a bread machine, if I do it by hand will it not turn out?

Takes you through the step by step process of making a pizza using the Breadman Ultimate bread machine with high altitude yeast variation included.

I’m OK with eggs (I’m not vegan, but my daughter has a milk allergy so I often use vegan recipes)
I need a bread machine recipe for whole wheat bread. i have a recipe for light wheat, but I want to use as little white flour as possible.

Thanks!

I use a breadmaker for baking my bread. Most recipes that I have that call for yeast give measurements in teaspoons. Coming from Ireland I find that using weight is much more satisfactory. Here is my question

When using breadmaker yeast is there an agreed measurement as to how many grams are in a teaspoon?

Thanks in advance for any info

Kevin
