I have a sunbeam bread machine but i find recipes online (like allrecipes) all the time for bread machines, but can they be used for any bread machine? Mine was given to me so i never got a book and im afraid to just take recipe n it over flow or something. thanks

Has anyone else had this problem? I used the box of honey wheat bread mix according to directions and Ive never used a bread machine before- and instead of filling up the removeable ‘bucket’ with bread- it overflowed and pressed itself into the glass ‘window’ in the top of the machine. Why did this happen and how can I avoid it in the future- it was quite a mess and a waste of 3 hours.

I’ve doubled this recipe before with no issues, but this time it rose so much that it overflowed and went everywhere! The only thing I changed was the yeast. I used yeast from a jar instead of from a packet. Is that enough to ruin the whole recipe?

1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 (.25 ounce) package bread machine yeast
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt

My first bread machine’s recipe book had a recipe for bread which used a package of Lipton Onion soup mix and cottage cheese, among other ingredients. I no longer have this recipe book and am wondering if anyone can give me this recipe?

I love fresh bread but also want to lose some weight. Need recipes for calorie and fat reduced.

I was researching all kind of breamkaers. The really expensive ones look really good but is there cheaper ones that are good for everyday use because I do not need for way too many functions but I havent found many that make breadloves as vertical not horizontal breads and that have two paddles for mixing the ingredients.
