I have a bread machine and the recipe book that came with the machine does not show any cookie recipes. There are plenty of cookie recipes online but can I put these ingredients into the bread machine under dough so that I don’t have to make them by hand? The holidays are coming and I have a zillion cookie cutters that we are dying to use. Will this work? Diana

ive just moved into a house and theres a breadmaker in the cupboard but doesnt have any instructions.

I would like to know how to use it by making a few loaves of home made white bread.

Can someone please tell me what ingrediants i need and weight of them and how and when to add them into the breadmaker.

thank you

I’m looking for a sweet bread recipe for Easter. My Aunt used to make this and I can’t find the recipe. The only thing I remember for sure is that there were raisins in it. I do know that a bread machine was not involved. Other recipes for any kind of homemade bread would be great as well.

When I use a premade mix from the store it is fine. When I use a recipe from scratch, my bread always turns out heavy. It’s like a door stop! I follow the directions word for word. This happens when I use any recipe, including the ones they send with the bread maker.

Does anyone know a common reason for this? Thanks!

anyone know of any good bread machine recipes for white bread that uses all purpose flour instead of bread flour?

I have an Panasonic Automatic bread maker, and although I love fresh bread (and i mostly stick to making whole wheat), I have made whole wheat and white with it, and have both times, gotten tough bread. Which is "probably" how it’s suppose to turn out, but compared to the softness of store-bought bread, I’d like to produce a similar result. So, does anyone know an ingredient I could be adding to produce softer bread, more suitable for cold sandwiches?

I googled it somewhat and only found one mention and it was very vague, all the other results I got were for making bread machine recipes in the oven!
So if anyone has done this and had good results that’d be awesome! I have some recipes I’d like to make for dinner but don’t have time since I’m at work!
Thanks.
